That Timeless Italian Look And Premium Style
The Voce II range embodies the elegance of Italian design, where each component is crafted with a refined aesthetic that elevates in-car audio style. The distinctive metal mesh grilles feature a sleek modern look, seamlessly blending form and function while providing robust protection. This careful attention to visual detail, from the streamlined shape of each component to the sophisticated finishes; reflects an aesthetic rooted in Italian artistry. Every element of Voce II is designed not only for performance but also to make a visual statement, bringing an unmistakable touch of Italian elegance to any installation.
From Concept To Reality
The Voce II range of components are designed to be the ideal partner for modern digital sound processors, capable of responding to even the slightest adjustments in any parameter. The extended frequency response and flexibility offered by the drivers allow crossover points to be set over a far wider range, perfectly adapting to the tuner’s personal preferences. Thanks to the precision of these drivers, every sound detail can be finely tuned to ensure a tailored listening experience without compromise. The Voce II range is designed for those who appreciate the distinct sound characteristics of a high-quality passive system.
Elettromedia eID Technology
All Voce II components incorporate eID, Elettromedia Group’s exclusive traceability technology. Each product is assigned an eID code linked to its serial number upon passing quality control checks. A laser-etched DataMatrix is then applied, designating the product’s destination country or market at the time of shipment. By scanning the eID code users can access technical, manufacturing and logistical information; as well as register the product to receive an additional year of warranty coverage. The eID technology ensures that every Voce II component is authenticated, giving users confidence in the product’s origin and quality.
Design Features
The rich heritage of this astute and masterful designer, together with its ever-increasing technical acumen; is conducive to these components featuring a vast array of impressive design ideologies and latest technological advancements. Let’s delve further into some of them below.
The Finite Element Methodology
The development process of the Voce II range was conducted using advanced finite element method (FEM) simulation tools, allowing precise modeling of each component’s acoustic performance. This approach optimises frequency response and sound dispersion and minimises distortion for clear, natural sound in every listening environment.
Ground Up Subsonic Design
Reproducing low frequencies with authority, precision and dynamic control is essential for achieving a realistic and immersive sound experience. For the Voce II subwoofer drivers the Audison engineers set a bold objective; to design these subwoofers capable of delivering powerful, articulate bass while maintaining tonal balance and mechanical reliability. Even under the most demanding conditions.
To achieve this, the Voce II subwoofers were engineered from the ground up; incorporating advanced materials, proprietary technologies and extensive FEM simulations to refine every acoustic and mechanical parameter.
Structural Rigidity And Thermal Stability
At the core of the Voce II subwoofers is a high-power motor assembly featuring a 1.5″ / 38.6 mm copper clad aluminium wire voice coil. The lightweight design provides an optimal balance between electrical conductivity and mass, improving transients and minimising dynamic compression.
Increased Stability
To ensure mechanical stability during high excursions, the motor includes the Radial Reinforcement Framework. This is a network of internal braces beneath the cone. This structure dramatically increases rigidity, reducing deformation and ensuring consistent performance over time.
FEM Engineered Cone And Dust Cap
The Voce II subwoofer cones feature a semi pressed pulp composition for a lightweight yet stiff diaphragm, capable of withstanding the high pressures of low frequency reproduction without sacrificing speed or accuracy. The extended profile dust cap was designed with FEM software, not only enhancing rigidity but also aligns with the refined styling of the Voce II line. This combination delivers tight, distortion free bass; faithful to the original signal and possessing a frequency response tailored for musicality not just brute force.
Advanced Cooling And Installation Flexibility
Thermal control is paramount for high power subwoofers. The Voce II subwoofers implement airflow venting cooling, a proprietary ventilation system that channels air through internal cavities to cool the voice coil and prevent thermal compression. This thence ensures stable performance even at prolonged high pressure levels.
Large Gauge Terminals
To simplify integration, the Voce II subwoofers are equipped with spring loaded side terminals which accept up to 8 Awg. This work with dual integrated cable routing hooks, which provide for a clean and professional solution for installations in compact enclosures or challenging spaces.
Fine Tuned Via Extensive Listening Sessions
A crucial phase of the Voce II development involved validation through comparative listening tests. Each component was rigorously tested in various configurations, both in test enclosures and in cars. This guarantees you optimal performance under all conditions. These listening sessions further refined the design too, ensuring the Voce II range delivers an authentic and uncompromising sound experience every time.
