The MM series have earned an marine certified IP56 rating with their non-corrosive aluminum grilles, fiberglass reinforced ABS baskets, epoxy coated crossovers, water-proof inner and outer surrounds, weep holes for proper drainage and titanium plated cones that have been salt, fog, UV and humidity tested. With the MM series components you get extra long lasting protection against virtually anything mother nature can dish out.

Designed To Go The Extra Mile
All Polk loudspeakers rely on Polk’s patented process to eliminate electroacoustic and mechanical issues before they become a part of the finished set. They’re also all rigorously tested through Polk’s Klippel distortion analyzers. The MM components also feature santoprene s-roll inner and outer surrounds to offer maximum fluid movement and prevent water, dirt and dust from entering the speaker housing.
