Wāvtech’s innovative mirrored internal NBR spiders, parabolic dual-roll NBR surround and axial force transfer assembly allow these drivers to achieve over 50 mm of peak-to-peak excursion! All this from a shallow mounting depth of around 75 mm.

FEA Optimized Dual Gap Motor Structure
The massive double stacked strontium magnets and dual gap motor structure design maximises flux density and control. This results in an impressive 20 mm linear xMax, thus ensuring the motor is saturated within the densest region of the magnetic flux for all it’s range.

Large High-Temperature Voice Coils
The voice coil is a four layer affair, tightly wound upon a vented polymide composite former. This provides a powerful moving force and thermal headroom with over 750 Watts power handling.
