Design Ideologies
Why are they named Blue Note? It comes from the blue note jazz period of the 1930’s to 1950’s. It is a way to connect name of audio products with important moments of the modern music history. This touches the soul of people who are passionate about music.
A Broad Heritage
The Harmony moniker was born in the eighties, with a wide range of products that combined high quality performance at an affordable price. However in this Zapco never forgot the final aim; a product capable of reproducing with high fidelity the whole sound spectrum without costing a packet.
The Legend Returns
This year saw the second generation of the Harmony Blue Note range return to the market with a wide stable of processed amplifiers, right up to ten channels. Designed as the ultimate product for those wanting a more modest upgrade rather than one able to sink a ship; the Harmony Blue Note II range is predicted to grow further in the future. With more and more products planned in order to offer a complete range of audio equipment able to meet the needs of all enthusiasts.
Exciting New Features
The Harmony Blue Note II series is split into two primary variants; those being processed amplifiers and standalone amplifiers. All the processed units feature multiple band equalisers, full crossovers, time alignment and phase. Also included is HD Blue-Tooth streaming, On The Go (OTG) input and an integrated music player. The new full function graphic user interface is intelligently designed, laid out logically to make it most user friendly. They are equipped with multiple high level and low level inputs and outputs to make for perfect integration.
PC Control Program
The graphic user interface gives you all the great sound and functionality you need. Carious presets allow you to save setups and thence load them again. An extensive in and out (I/O) matrix allows you to manually determine which inputs will be used for each output and how much of each input the output will receive. With high-pass and low-pass filters you can choose the frequencies and crossover styles and slopes. The equaliser offers thirty-one bands of parametric processing for each output channel, meaning you can alter the frequency centre, gain Q logarithm width for each band.
The output section is for speaker assignment, delay, levels and polarity; allowing you to check all speakers are in phase with each other. At the end, you can also reset, link or lock said output channels. From simple to advanced; the new interface has you covered.
Smart Interactivity
Simply connect your smartphone via the BT included inside all HB models and with the specially designed app you can now control and setup your system with your smartphone. The goal is to have a control system that made sense in a smaller platform but would allow the user to do everything necessary for a complete setup and tune with a smartphone or tablet. Input selection, I/O matrix, high-pass and low-pass filters, parametric equaliser, speaker assignment, delay, levels, polarities and all the other tools you need.
Added Music Player
With the added music player you can now also navigate and listen to your favorite song. To use the music player you need to connect an USB device with proper audio files inside. Supported formats include MP2, MP3, MP4, WMA, APE, FLAC, AAC, M4A, WAV, AIF and AIFC.
