For the ultimate music aficionado. When Audio Dynamics set out to develop the High Fidelity range of components it didn’t hold back. These component speakers broke the mould insofar as meticulous quality is concerned, representing the pinnacle of advanced engineering philosophies and materials. Designed to excess by creating a synthesis of technological expertise with an aesthetically stunning design; the High Fidelity range of drivers are not only supreme in their aural reproduction, they’re also beautiful to behold. Design Ideologies
To achieve the incredible performing High Fidelity range of speakers, Audio Dynamics teamed up with U.S. speaker engineer Dan Wiggins, an absolute master of his craft. With several patents under his belt during his almost half century tenure, Dan has designed speakers for fortune 500 companies, top quality PA systems, recording engineer’s reference speakers in top studios around the world and high-end microphones used by Grammy award winning musicians. He also personally knows Wolfgang Klippel and was tasked with setting up the very first Klippel in the world!

Striving To Break Barriers
The impressive H6 mid-woofer a behemoth high output beast to behold. This speaker features a high stroke, low distortion, wide bandwidth and high power handling. It features a 1.75″ / 44.4 mm voice coil diameter for high power handling and motor force.

Advanced Design
The H6 mid-woofer features a split-gap design which provides +/- 6.5 mm of linear excursion, allowing for displacement equal to many 8″ mid-bass drivers. The high linear stroke features a flat BL curve for exceptional dynamics and impact.

Stellar Motor Architecture
The H6 has integral shorting rings within its magnetic structure. This feature results in exceptionally low inductance at all operational frequencies and across stroke. This reduces inter-modulation distortion for a much more open and natural midrange.

Rock Solid Top Side
The H6 uses a woven strand-oriented polymer thermo-set cone for superior damping. The thermal fusing ensures an air-tight surface without degrading the woven feature and strand orientation. The result is a cone with over 600 MPa of tensile strength, vastly superior internal damping as compared to carbon and glass fibers and a density of just 0.9 g/cm3; approximately 40% that of carbon fiber.

Custom Tooled Design
The H6 uses a shallow split gap motor structure and custom tooled basket, surround, cone and spider result in a very shallow mounting depth so the mid-woofer can fit into shallow locations, enabling creative positioning for best acoustical performance.
