Design Ideologies
Just as the virtuous performer holds the absolute mastery of the instrument and the technique connected with playing it, the BitOne HD Virtuoso features unique skills dedicated to integrating OEM systems with uncompromising high-end aftermarket audio equipment. This is made possible due to innovative functions deep within the new software platform. Various upgrades were undertaken to the previous award winning platform regarding some of the key components in the audio signal path. This allows the BitOne HD Virtuoso to reach new heights of listening pleasure. The BitOne HD Virtuoso also allows the operation of a full digital system where the audio signal is transmitted digitally from the high resolution to the processor, from there its processed before being send on it’s way to the Audison amplifiers via the AC / AD link inputs, preserving every nuance with maximum purity by remaining within the digital realm from beginning to end.
Design Features
The BitOne HD Virtuoso is liberally bristling with features. What its software cannot do probably isn’t worth worrying about. For Audison has forgotten more about digital sound processing than most so called expert companies will ever learn. Some of the more primary features follow.
Digital Transfer
The BitOne HD Virtuoso enjoys a pure digital signal transfer with a high resolution up to 24 bit / 96 kHz.
High-Resolution Audio
According to the definition of HiRes audio provided by Japan Audio Society the BitOne HD Virtuoso meets 24 bit / 96 kHz native processing requirement.
Analogue Device SHARC™ DSP
Analog Device SHARC™ series chip with floating point precision. This allows it to reach the highest audio quality.
FIR Filters
A dedicated firmware release enables the user to process up to 9 digital channels with crossover FIR filters. This sound processing mode, much more demanding in terms of calculation resources, ensures a leading edge in-car listening experience.
RVA (Remote Volume Aux)
This exclusive technology provides the ability to select an auxiliary source such as an external high-resolution audio player or auxiliary wireless interface connected by digital inputs. It adjust its volume via the OEM head Unit, offering full support to the management of the car priority signals such as parking sensor alerts, GPS messages, phone and vocal commands whilst music is played through the auxiliary source.
USS Technology
USS technology allows Bit processors to work with head units featuring the speaker load detection circuit.
BIT Drive
Auto tuning by Audison BitTune and communication with BitDrive portal.
DE-EQ
De-equalization function to flatten any equalization applied by default by OEM sources.
DE-Time
Input delay compensation of time-delayed factory outputs prior to signal summing.
De-Phase
Compensation of the overall system phase to recreate the original signal, even in case of OEM sound enhancement algorithms.
Polarity Checker
High level inputs polarity check and automatic correction in case of inversion.
