Forze Series - The Next Level Of OEM Integration
Audison Forza amplifiers boast more power than ever, with the audiophile sound of the latest-generation Audison D-Class technology. Bridging amplifier channels to more than double the power is a time-honored technique which Audison includes in every Forza multichannel amplifier. Fully Bridgeable means that every channel pair can be bridged, without exclusion, letting Audison dealers design and build exactly the system you’re looking for.

Design Ideologies
All amplifiers within Audison’s esteemed Forza range are catagorised one of two ways. The primary Forza amplifiers are the ones equipped with the digital sound processors, whereas the companion Forza amplifiers are designed to add powerful amplifier channels to said processed amplifiers. A plug-and-play signal input harness is included to make connection to processed amplifiers straightforward. The Forza companion amplifiers are also perfect for use with systems controlled and managed by a standalone Bit processor such as a BitOne Virtuoso. Forza companion amplifiers have a straight wire architecture, meaning certain features are excluded such as crossover filtering. This is because Audison expect you to have the processing sorted before the signal arrives as the companion unit.

The Forza range possess the audiophile sound of the latest generation Audison class D technology. Higher switching frequencies, steeper filtering, and higher-tolerance components deliver sound above and beyond the expectation of class D in an amazingly compact package. The audio band is extended up to 40 kHz earning the coveted High-Resolution certification. The outputs are bridgeable too, guaranteeing flexible and powerful performance.

Expounding The Class D Switching Technology
Just to expound it a little; Audison D class technology uses a switching frequency twice as fast as many other modern class D amplifiers, using very high-tolerance components to keep the timing correct even during temperature extremes. The higher switching frequency moves noise much farther away from the audible band. Audison class D amplifiers also use a steeper 4th-order analog lowpass filter rather than the simpler 2nd-order lowpass filters usually used in competing designs. The steeper filter will keep noise much lower in amplitude which is good for controlling EMI and preventing infrasonic noise from getting to the tweeters. It also keeps phase shift outside the audible range. The cost is a little higher because twice as many components are needed for a 4th-order filter compared to the usual 2nd-order filter and each output channel needs its own filter; but Audison determined through exhaustive listening testing that this design was the best-sounding approach.
