New Audible Physics RAM Speaker Set Configurations
Though it’s fair to say Audible Physics isn’t quite a household name in Australia yet, most within the high-end audio community know them well; especially the RAM series. This is because aside from the superb RAM 6 uncentred 165mm woofer proving capable of playing middle to lower registers with astounding accuracy and imposing kinetics, the 40 mm RAM 40 wideband is widely considered one of the best ever developed; able to span an incredible bandwidth with superb clarity.
Available hitherto as either the RAM 406 set featuring both the woofers and widebands, or simply as just the RAM 40 wideband pairing, we’ve recently expanded the stable due to the rising popularity of centre channels. The two new sets are the RAM 406 CTR and the RAM 40 CTR. The RAM 406 CTR features two woofers and three widebands; one for left, one for right and one for the centre. The RAM 40 CTR on the other hand is a single wideband, for those just wanting to upgrade their existing centre channel speaker.
