BLAM – French Style Aural Supremacy
Yes, the company is called BLAM. No, it's not satire that's been lost in translation. BLAM is acronymic for Bonneville Laboratory And More, named after its founder Guy Bonneville. Conceived in France during late 2013; BLAM is an audio brand built on expertise and passion. It’s a company created to give Bonneville and his engineering team the freedom to craft a distinctive sound known as The French Sound; a sound prized for its balance, smoothness and lifelike vocal reproduction. Rooted in France's long-standing aural traditions; BLAM stays true to a warm and natural sound signature, whilst continuing to innovate. Guided by its motto Driven By Passion; the company develops a wide range of high-quality audio products across different needs and budgets.
Indigenous Production
Based in Le Chambon-Feugerolles, BLAM operates with advanced research and development facilities and in-house production. This allows for close collaboration between design, testing and assembly; to ensure precision and quality is paramount throughout every design and manufacturing process.
Live Series – The Imperativeness Of Live Music
When dealing with live music sure accuracy and linearity are important, however the absolute imperative element is faithful realism. The Live series have been developed specifically to underscore the importance of realism when reproducing live music. By creating specific products to match different styles of music; these speakers can easily produce the raw energy and emotion of any live performance, as they accurately recreate the sensation of being right there in the front row!
Design Ideologies
BLAM’s powerhouse Live range of components are engineered to deliver a perfectly balanced sound across the entire frequency spectrum, bringing out the best in every genre you play. By combining high-quality composite cones with hand coated domes; the range achieves a seamless blend of deep bass, rich midrange and crisp highs. Ergo whether you’re chasing a smooth and warm tone, or a more energetic high-impact sound; the Live range adapt effortlessly. Turning every drive into a refined listening experience.
Designed For Intensity
Designed for those who want more intensity from their system, the Live components takes performance up a notch with their bold, energetic output and powerful low-end response. They’re built to handle everything from hard-hitting rock to bass-heavy electronic tracks, delivering sound that feels alive and immersive. These highly efficient components ensures strong output with excellent clarity, so you get both impact and detail without compromise.
Aural Competency
Consisting of subwoofers, woofers, midranges and tweeters; the Live stable are able to cover a wide frequency range from infrasonics right up to territory whereby dogs get a headache. And because of their enormous power handling ability these components produces dynamic, room-filling sound even at lower power levels.
Built To Last
Built with premium materials and attention to detail, every component is designed for durability and performance. The subwoofers, woofers and midranges feature rigid aluminium baskets, fiberglass-reinforced cones and long-life suspension systems for consistent and controlled bass. The tweeters use efficient neodymium motors for clear, detailed highs. Whilst the adjustable crossovers let you fine-tune the sound to your preference.
