We Review The Mighty Quartorigo Opus Components
When talking high-end car audio most aren’t looking to be hammered into submission. On the contrary there’s an echelon of discerning audiophiles who chase supreme realism and absolute quality above all else. Deep articulated bass, delectable midrange and pin-point accurate highs. Barriers are there to be broken, and budget is often a secondary concern. This is the territory of Quartorigo’s superb Opus range. Machined from solid blocks of high-grade aluminium using multi-axis CNC machines before being meticulously assembled by hand; the Opus drivers are then individually tested and tweaked to perfection. Resulting in what may be as close to aural transcendence and can be found.
A recent installation afforded Marty an opportunity to put these superb components to the test, both before and after their installation. Naturally when one is presented with such an opportunity it’s taken with much exuberance. Click here to read the review.
